      Rice flour

INGREDIENTS To PREPARE


First to all ,take 1to 2 spoons of rice flour and add one spoon of curd and one capsule of Vitamin E to it . mix all three well. massage it well on your face and neck at night and then go to sleep. After walking up in the morning, wash  your face with plane water without soap .you will be surprised to see that your will get  a glow like the one who goes to the parlour for facials.please apply this paste every night and massage
 
How to apply gram flour and curd on face

You can apply curd and gram flour as a pack or milk ,for this ,mix 1-2 spoons of curd in 2 spoons of gram  flour. make a paste from it and apply it on the skin. apply it and leave it for about 15 to 20 minutes and then while removing it ,wet the face and clean it by rubbing it lightly like a Scrub .wash  the face with cold water.

3.   Reduse the use of things made from flour and starch. Eat more things made from wheat flour  and multi- grain flour. 

4.  Limit the use of hot chilli spices. 

5.   Apply sunscreen before going out of the house
